Our staff has a working knowledge of 3-D Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and other tools for analysis of the most sophisticated structures.

Building Inspection
Phillips Seabrook provides interim or long term building inspection services to public agencies. Inspection services are available for general building department inspection assistance or for specific projects. Inspection staff is experienced and certified in their respective disciplines and understand the importance of professionalism and successful interaction with the contractor community. Inspectors are equipped with company vehicles, iPads®, code books and safety equipment and are available on short notice.
