Projects – Corporate & Retail

The Barlow Project

This new $35 million retail development in downtown Sebastopol is a unique mixture of food producers, winery makers, brewers and artists. It encompasses about 220,000 sq.ft. in 17 buildings at the site of what was formerly an apple processing facility. It connects customers with products, and also with the processes used to make the products, presenting a unique mixture of local purveyors branded as “the butcher, the baker, the candle stick maker.” The project was completed in spring of 2014. Phillips Seabrook provided plan review and inspection services.
